How SideBySend makes money, and how it does not

No commissions, no paid placements
SideBySend is an independent pricing dataset. As of snapshot 1, recorded 8 September 2026, the site carries no affiliate links, no referral codes, no sponsored posts and no paid placements. Nothing on any page earns a commission when somebody clicks it or signs up.
No vendor pays to appear in the dataset, to sit higher in a table, or to have a page written about it. All 6 vendors are tracked because their pricing is public and worth recording, and SideBySend is not affiliated with any of them.
Vendor links are sources, not partner links
Every price in the dataset links back to the vendor pricing page it was read from. That link exists so the number can be checked, the same way a footnote exists in a report. It is a citation, not a recommendation and not a referral.
Outbound vendor links are marked nofollow, so they pass no ranking signal and carry no tracking parameters that would credit SideBySend for a signup.
If partner links are ever added
This is the commitment, written down before there is any money involved.
How the pricing is compiled
The rules behind every cell live on the methodology page: the fixed breakpoints, monthly and annual kept apart, the send frequency assumption used for volume priced vendors, and what each confidence rating means.
Prices are compiled from public vendor pricing pages, so they can lag behind changes, and public pages do not show regional pricing, promotions or grandfathered rates. The footer at the bottom of every page carries that accuracy and lag caveat alongside this disclosure. Confirm with the vendor before spending money.
What is not claimed here
SideBySend does not claim hands on testing. No account was opened, no campaign was sent and no deliverability was measured. The site reads published pricing and records it, which is a narrower job than reviewing software, and it is stated plainly rather than dressed up.
There is also no current affiliate relationship to disclose, because there is none to invent. If that changes, it will be written here first.
