What a list of your size pays

Monthly cost on each edition at nine list sizes, with the contact tier the list is billed at. Checked against HubSpot's pricing calculator.

Prices are compiled from public vendor pages and can lag behind a change. Cells marked Der are calculated from published rules and cells marked Est are rough figures. Neither is an invoice or a quote, so confirm with the vendor before you spend.

Monthly Marketing Hub cost by list size, checked against HubSpot's pricing calculator on 26 September 2026. "Billed as" is the contact tier the list pays for: included contacts plus whole packs. Verified cells are totals the calculator printed at exactly that contact count. Derived cells are the same pack math where the list is smaller than its tier, every Starter total (one Core Seat at the 20 dollar list price plus the contacts line, because the calculator shows a limited time seat promotion), and Professional at 100,000, above the 87,000 contacts its picker sells. Professional is Pay Monthly on a 12 month commitment. Enterprise is billed annually and shown per month. One-time onboarding is not included.

Professional or Enterprise at 100,000 contacts

At 100,000 marketing contacts, HubSpot's pricing calculator prints Enterprise at $4,450 a month, billed annually at $53,400 a year, read 26 September 2026. That is the $3,600 base plus $850 of contact packs. Verified

Professional paid monthly comes to $4,890 a month: the $890 base plus $4,000 of 5,000 contact packs, billed as 102,000 contacts. The calculator's picker stops at 87,000 contacts on Professional, so this total is worked out from the pack prices rather than printed. Derived

So Enterprise is the cheaper monthly bill at this size, by $440, and it includes 5 Core Seats to Professional's 3 and a send limit of 20 times the contact tier to Professional's 10. Paying Professional annually changes the order: at the $800 base plus packs at 10 percent off it works out to $4,400 a month (derived), $50 under Enterprise. Onboarding is one-time on top: $3,000 on Professional and $7,000 on Enterprise, where the calculator puts the first year at $60,400.

Why HubSpot sits outside the six vendor tables

The six vendors in the cross vendor tables on this site are ranked against each other every week at the same eight list sizes. HubSpot Marketing Hub does not fit that shape: the bill is edition base plus Core Seats plus marketing-contact bands, not a single contact breakpoint cell. So HubSpot is dated and sourced here as a watchlist-style record instead of being ranked beside those six.

Cells prefer the Product and Services Catalog. The Marketing pricing UI can show suite or Customer Platform packaging that does not match catalog cells one for one. The Marketing Hub prices on HubSpot's pricing calculator, read 26 September 2026, match the catalog, and the lookup above is checked against it.

The model below is for new customers after 5 March 2024. Existing accounts stay on their then-current pricing until HubSpot contacts them. The marketing-contact add bands also live on HubSpot marketing contacts pricing; this page owns the hub.

Marketing contact add bands

Included contacts come with the edition. Further marketing contacts are sold in catalog packs. Non-marketing contacts stay free up to the overall contact ceiling.

Starter includes 1,000 marketing contacts. Professional includes 2,000. Enterprise includes 10,000. Non-marketing contacts are free up to an overall ceiling of 15,000,000 contacts (marketing plus non-marketing) per the catalog.

For new customers after 5 March 2024, Marketing Hub Starter is priced per Core Seat, and Professional and Enterprise start at a base price that includes Core Seats. Marketing contacts sit on top of the edition: included contacts come with the base, and further contacts are sold in catalog bands. Non-marketing contacts are free up to an overall contact ceiling of 15 million (marketing plus non-marketing). Exceeding the marketing-contact tier bills immediately. Designating contacts as non-marketing takes effect at the start of the following month or contract renewal, whichever comes first, and contact-tier downgrades wait until renewal.

Email send multiples

Marketing email send limits scale with the marketing-contact tier per calendar month: Starter at 5 times, Professional at 10 times, and Enterprise at 20 times that tier. Those multiples are catalog feature limits, not a separate dollar meter.

How contacts are bought

Read on HubSpot's pricing calculator and the catalog on 26 September 2026.

  • Marketing contacts are bought in whole packs on top of the ones the edition includes: 1,000 at a time on Starter, 5,000 on Professional and 10,000 on Enterprise. A list is billed at the next pack boundary, so a 5,000 contact list on Professional buys one pack on top of the 2,000 included and pays for 7,000. (HubSpot's pricing calculator, read 26 September 2026)
  • The calculator's contact picker stops at 87,000 on Professional, where it prints 4,440 dollars a month. On Starter and Enterprise it reaches 100,000. (HubSpot's pricing calculator, read 26 September 2026)
  • Going over the contact tier is billed straight away, and the catalog calls the contact fee a blended rate across the packs bought. (the Product and Services Catalog, read 26 September 2026)

Paying monthly or annually

Read on HubSpot's pricing calculator on 26 September 2026.

  • Professional is sold on a 12 month commitment either way. Pay Monthly bills 890 dollars a month. Pay Annually bills the year up front at 800 dollars a month, which HubSpot labels an annual payment discount of 10.11 percent. (HubSpot's pricing calculator, read 26 September 2026)
  • Paid annually, extra Professional Core Seats drop from 50 to 45 dollars a month and contact packs are 10 percent cheaper. At 87,000 contacts the contacts line is 3,550 dollars a month paid monthly and 3,195 paid annually. (HubSpot's pricing calculator, read 26 September 2026)
  • Enterprise has no monthly option. The calculator bills it annually with an annual commitment and shows no annual payment discount; the catalog marks its base billed annually. (HubSpot's pricing calculator, read 26 September 2026)
  • Starter can be paid month to month. The calculator currently shows a new customer promotion on the Starter seat, 50 percent off paid monthly and 65 percent off paid annually, so it prints 10 and 7 dollars a seat against the 20 dollar list price. A promotion is not a list price, so the tables here use 20 dollars. (HubSpot's pricing calculator, read 26 September 2026)

Onboarding and seats

Read on HubSpot's pricing calculator and the catalog on 26 September 2026.

  • Onboarding is a required one-time fee of 3,000 dollars on Professional and 7,000 on Enterprise, and the calculator adds it to its estimated cost to get started. It shows no onboarding for Starter. (HubSpot's pricing calculator, read 26 September 2026)
  • Starter is priced per Core Seat, 20 dollars each at list. Professional includes 3 Core Seats and Enterprise 5. Extra seats are 50 dollars a month on Professional and 75 on Enterprise. (the Product and Services Catalog, read 26 September 2026)

Free tools and page limits

Read in the Product and Services Catalog on 26 September 2026.

  • HubSpot's free tools are a single free edition with up to two free users, and every paid edition includes them. Marketing Hub itself comes only as Starter, Professional and Enterprise. (the Product and Services Catalog, read 26 September 2026)
  • Free email marketing allows two thousand sends per calendar month, with HubSpot branding. (the Product and Services Catalog, read 26 September 2026)
  • The free tools include up to thirty landing pages and thirty website pages, both with HubSpot branding. The catalog's Marketing Hub section has no landing page limit of its own. Larger limits sit in Content Hub: up to 30 landing pages without HubSpot branding on Starter, and up to 10,000 on Professional and Enterprise, where dynamic pages don't count toward the limit. (the Product and Services Catalog, read 26 September 2026)
