Brevo cost at 10,000 contacts

At 10,000 contacts under the site wide weekly send assumption the recorded monthly figures are forty six dollars on Starter, eighty nine on Standard, and four hundred ninety nine on Professional. Starter and Standard are derived from the 40,000 send band price, and Professional from its 150,000 send entry band. Brevo still prices volume rather than list size, and the free plan stores a large list while capping sends at three hundred emails a day.

Snapshot 3, checked 25 September 2026. Send assumption: 4 per contact per month. Child of Brevo pricing. Sibling of Brevo cost at 5,000 contacts and Brevo cost at 25,000 contacts. Vendor pricing page.

All three plans at 10,000 contacts

Monthly billing. Paid a year up front at 10 percent off, Brevo's calculator prints $41.42 a month for Starter, $80.08 for Standard and $449.08 for Professional on the same bands, read 25 September 2026.

Prices are compiled from public vendor pages and can lag behind a change. Cells marked Der are calculated from published rules and cells marked Est are rough figures. Neither is an invoice or a quote, so confirm with the vendor before you spend.

Free plan sends versus paid volume

Brevo's free plan can store up to 100,000 contacts, which is larger than this list size, but sending is capped at 300 emails a day. That daily cap is why a 10,000 contact free account cannot run a weekly newsletter on free alone. Starter removes the daily cap and sells monthly send volume instead. This page does not invent a free plan monthly dollar, because free is not sold as a priced cell at SideBySend breakpoints.

Under the site wide assumption of 4 sends per contact per month, a 10,000 contact list needs 40,000 emails a month. That lands on the 40,000 send band, which caps stored contacts at 500,000. Published stop on the calculator.

Professional and contact counting

Professional cannot be bought below 150,000 sends a month, so a list that only needs the weekly assumption still pays the entry band price of $499. The larger Professional bands, 250,000 and 500,000 sends, are recorded on the parent page at 50,000 and 100,000 contacts.

Brevo bills send volume, so a blocklisted contact costs nothing to send to and Brevo says as much. It also says blocklisted contacts are still added to the total number of contacts, and since October 2025 that total is capped by the send band. So they do not cost sends and they do consume the cap. What each tracked vendor counts is recorded here.

Where this stop sits on the ladder

Starter moves from $32 at 5,000 contacts to $46 here, then to $82 at 25,000. Standard moves from $69 to $89. Those neighbouring figures are the recorded dataset cells at those breakpoints. This page does not invent a mid-tier volume ladder between published stops.

The full Starter, Standard and Professional ladder lives on the parent page. Brevo pricing by contacts.
