- Constant Contact Lite
- $30
- $25.50 paid yearly from the published Save 15 percent rule

- ActiveCampaign: There is no free plan to limit. ActiveCampaign publishes no free tier, so the entry price is the floor.. Constant Contact has no free email send plan on the recorded ladder.
ActiveCampaign shows annual billing by default. A month to month buyer pays $19 at the entry stop, not the $15 headline. Constant Contact publishes Save 15 percent for annual, and the annual column here is derived from that rule rather than typed off a separate fee schedule.
Send allowances, SMS and what each one counts
Constant Contact includes 10 times the contact count in monthly email sends on Lite, 12 times on Standard, and 24 times on Premium. Past the allowance the published overage is 0.002 dollars per email. At 10,000 contacts Lite therefore includes 100,000 monthly sends.
SMS sits beside the Constant Contact email bill. Premium includes 500 messages a month on US paid plans. Lite and Standard sell SMS as an add on from $10 a month. None of those SMS dollars sit inside the email cells above.
ActiveCampaign. One question, two answers, split by a date. Accounts created on or after 3 November 2025 are billed for every contact whatever its list status. Accounts created on or before 2 November 2025 are billed for active contacts only. ActiveCampaign publishes both answers in the same help article. Send volume sits under a ten to fifteen times contact allowance, with overage and a hard stop above that.
Constant Contact. No contact counting rule for unsubscribed addresses was visible on the Constant Contact pricing page or inside the fee-schedule modal on the check date. Confidence on that question is none.
