- ActiveCampaign: There is no free plan to limit. ActiveCampaign publishes no free tier, so the entry price is the floor.. MailerLite free: The cut landed with the paid reprice on the same day. Passing 250 active subscribers locks campaigns and automations on a free account until the list comes back down or the account goes paid..
ActiveCampaign shows annual billing by default. A month to month buyer pays $19 at the entry stop, not the $15 headline. Constant Contact publishes Save 15 percent for annual, and the annual column here is derived from that rule rather than typed off a separate fee schedule.
Sends and what each one counts
MailerLite Comfort and Power include unlimited email sends on the recorded paid ladder. ActiveCampaign attaches a send allowance under the contact tier, with overage and a hard stop above that allowance.
ActiveCampaign. One question, two answers, split by a date. Accounts created on or after 3 November 2025 are billed for every contact whatever its list status. Accounts created on or before 2 November 2025 are billed for active contacts only. ActiveCampaign publishes both answers in the same help article. Send volume sits under a ten to fifteen times contact allowance, with overage and a hard stop above that.
MailerLite. The subscriber limit counts unique subscribers with an active status. MailerLite states on both its pricing page and its billing help page that unsubscribed and bounced contacts do not count. Unconfirmed subscribers are not active either, which is where the unconfirmed answer comes from rather than a separate statement.
