Cost at N
Brevo cost at 25,000 contacts
At 25,000 contacts under the site wide weekly send assumption the recorded monthly figures are eighty two dollars on Starter, one hundred thirty nine on Standard, and four hundred ninety nine on Professional. All three are derived from band prices on the Brevo calculator. Starter tops out on the 100,000 send band here. Brevo still prices volume rather than list size, and the free plan stores a large list while capping sends at three hundred emails a day.

All three plans at 25,000 contacts
Monthly billing. Paid a year up front at 10 percent off, Brevo's calculator prints $73.75 a month for Starter, $125.08 for Standard and $449.08 for Professional on the same bands, read 25 September 2026.
Prices are compiled from public vendor pages and can lag behind a change. Cells marked Der are calculated from published rules and cells marked Est are rough figures. Neither is an invoice or a quote, so confirm with the vendor before you spend.
| Plan | Monthly | Confidence | Note |

| Professional | $499 | Derived | The tier above Standard. Sold from 150,000 sends a month, stores up to 2 million contacts, and adds multichannel messaging and the AI features. Confidence on this stop is derived. |
Free plan sends versus paid volume
Brevo's free plan can store up to 100,000 contacts, which is larger than this list size, but sending is capped at 300 emails a day. That daily cap is why a 25,000 contact free account cannot run a weekly newsletter on free alone. Starter removes the daily cap and sells monthly send volume instead. This page does not invent a free plan monthly dollar, because free is not sold as a priced cell at SideBySend breakpoints.
Under the site wide assumption of 4 sends per contact per month, a 25,000 contact list needs 100,000 emails a month. That lands on the 100,000 send band, which caps stored contacts at 500,000. Top of Starter. Standard carries on to 500,000 sends a month.
Professional and contact counting
Professional cannot be bought below 150,000 sends a month, so a list that only needs the weekly assumption still pays the entry band price of $499. The larger Professional bands, 250,000 and 500,000 sends, are recorded on the parent page at 50,000 and 100,000 contacts.
Brevo bills send volume, so a blocklisted contact costs nothing to send to and Brevo says as much. It also says blocklisted contacts are still added to the total number of contacts, and since October 2025 that total is capped by the send band. So they do not cost sends and they do consume the cap. What each tracked vendor counts is recorded here.
Where this stop sits on the ladder
Starter moves from $46 at 10,000 contacts to $82 here, then to n/a at 50,000 where the cell is empty because Starter tops out on the 100,000 send band. Standard moves from $89 to $139, then to $249 at 50,000. Professional stays at $499 through $499 because both stops sit under the 150,000 send entry floor. Those neighbouring figures are the recorded dataset cells at those breakpoints. This page does not invent a mid-tier volume ladder between published stops.
The full Starter, Standard and Professional ladder lives on the parent page. Brevo pricing by contacts. The 10,000 contact sibling is Brevo cost at 10,000 contacts.
