Constant Contact pricing changes

Constant Contact now sells Lite, Standard and Premium on a contact fee schedule, with a monthly email send allowance, a published overage rate, and SMS as a separate meter. This page records those rules from the live fee-schedule capture and Constant Contact help. Legacy sticker prices are not invented.

Where the ladder sits now

Constant Contact plan names, send allowance, overage and SMS either side of the Lite/Standard/Premium structure. Email dollars come from the live fee-schedule capture on 13 September 2026. Legacy monthly stickers are not restated on the public pages this dataset reads, so they stay out of the table.

That is why this page exists as a change record rather than a second full vendor ladder. The current Lite, Standard and Premium dollars at the eight SideBySend breakpoints live on Constant Contact pricing. Constant Contact stays on the watchlist and out of the six vendor tables.

The send allowance is the practical split for heavy senders. Lite includes 10 times the contact count, Standard 12 times and Premium 24 times. Past that ceiling, Constant Contact charges 0.002 dollars per email. Automated messages such as welcome and cart reminders stay outside that calculation on the help page.

The 25,000 contact row is the 20,001 to 25,000 band price. The 10,001 to 20,000 band was not opened in the live capture, so nothing is invented for a list that would land there. At 50,000 contacts and above the modal shows Contact Sales rather than a dollar figure.

Annual monthly equivalents apply the published 15 percent saving to the monthly fee-schedule dollars. SMS dollars do not sit inside these email cells. Premium includes 500 messages a month on US paid plans. Lite and Standard start at $10 a month for 1 to 500 messages.
