Flodesk pricing changes
On 2 December 2025 Flodesk stopped selling flat-rate unlimited to new members and moved them onto Lite, Pro and Everything by active subscribers. Accounts already on a paid plan kept the old deal. Verified entry anchors are below. The full slider ladder lives on the Flodesk pricing page.

What changed on 2 December 2025
Read from the Flodesk pricing page and the subscriber-tier help article, checked 13 September 2026.
| Rule | Until 1 Dec 2025 | From 2 Dec 2025 | What it means |
|---|---|---|---|
| What new members buy | Flat-rate unlimited plan | Lite, Pro or Everything by active subscribers | The original flat-rate unlimited plan was retired for new members on 2 December 2025. Pricing now scales with active subscriber count. |
| Existing paid accounts | On the flat-rate deal they bought | Keep legacy unlimited while the subscription continues | Flodesk states that a paid plan started before 2 December 2025 keeps the legacy unlimited plan for as long as the subscription is maintained. |
| What sets the bill for new accounts | One flat fee regardless of list size | Active subscriber count | Flodesk prices new accounts on active subscribers. The help page also counts soft bounced contacts toward the tier. Unsubscribed, hard bounced, cleaned, archived and deleted contacts stay off it. |
| Crossing a subscriber tier | Not a pricing event | Auto upgrade at the next billing date | Flodesk upgrades at the next billing date rather than stopping sends. Notifications fire at 90 percent, 95 percent and 100 percent of the current tier. |
| Email sends on paid plans | Unlimited on the flat-rate plan | Unlimited on Lite, Pro and Everything | Paid plans still include unlimited email sends. The meter that moved is subscriber storage, not sends. |
That is why this page exists as a change record rather than the full vendor ladder. The event is dated and sourced. The current Lite, Pro and Everything dollars at the eight SideBySend breakpoints live on Flodesk pricing. Flodesk still stays out of the six vendor tables and out of the watchlist.
Grandfathering is the practical split. Two accounts with the same list can pay different amounts, and both can be correct, if one subscribed before 2 December 2025 and kept paying.

Up to 1,000 active subscribers. Flodesk prints these figures in plain text on the pricing FAQ. Annual billing is stated as one month free against monthly, which is eleven months priced for twelve.
Prices are compiled from public vendor pages and can lag behind a change. Cells marked Der are calculated from published rules and cells marked Est are rough figures. Neither is an invoice or a quote, so confirm with the vendor before you spend.
| Plan | Month to month | Paid yearly | Confidence | What the plan is for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Liteup to 1,000 active subscribers | $25 | $19 | Verified | Entry paid plan. Unlimited email sends, analytics, designer templates and audience segmentation. Limited to one workflow automation and 25,000 subscribers. |
| Proup to 1,000 active subscribers | $28 | $25 | Verified | Adds unlimited workflow automations, advanced analytics, footer control and one integrated checkout. |
| Everythingup to 1,000 active subscribers | $54 | $49 | Verified | Email plus ecommerce: unlimited checkouts, sales pages, payment plans, abandoned cart automations and discount codes. |
Every paid plan still includes unlimited email sends. The free plan does not send email. Lite is capped at one workflow automation and 25,000 subscribers. Crossing that Lite ceiling moves the account onto Pro at the matching subscriber tier.
New accounts are billed on active subscribers. The Flodesk help page also counts soft bounced contacts toward the tier. Unsubscribed, hard bounced, cleaned, archived and deleted contacts do not.
