Comparison
Constant Contact vs Brevo pricing
These two do not sell the same thing. Constant Contact charges for contacts and meters emails underneath each tier. Brevo charges for monthly send volume and caps the list underneath. Under the weekly send assumption Brevo Starter undercuts Constant Contact Lite at every overlapping monthly stop both publish. Above 25,000 contacts Constant Contact shows Contact Sales and no public dollar.
Entry paid plans, side by side
Constant Contact Lite against Brevo Starter, the cheapest paid plan each vendor sells at the eight breakpoints. Plans are not feature matched. Starter on Brevo has no marketing automation.
Prices are compiled from public vendor pages and can lag behind a change. Cells marked Der are calculated from published rules and cells marked Est are rough figures. Neither is an invoice or a quote, so confirm with the vendor before you spend.

At 10,000 contacts Constant Contact Standard is $160 against Brevo Standard at $89. At 25,000 contacts Standard is $310 against Brevo Standard at $139. Constant Contact Premium at 10,000 contacts is $275, recorded beside the email ladder rather than forced into a Brevo pair that does not match features.
Send allowances, free plans and SMS
Constant Contact includes 10 times the contact count in monthly email sends on Lite, 12 times on Standard, and 24 times on Premium. Past the allowance the published overage is 0.002 dollars per email. At 10,000 contacts Lite therefore includes 100,000 monthly sends.
Brevo sells send volume bands and attaches a hard contact cap to each band. At 25,000 contacts under 4 sends per contact per month, Brevo needs about 100,000 emails a month, which lands on the 100,000 send band. Per contact against per send sets that assumption out in full.
Brevo. Brevo bills send volume, so a blocklisted contact costs nothing to send to and Brevo says as much. It also says blocklisted contacts are still added to the total number of contacts, and since October 2025 that total is capped by the send band. So they do not cost sends and they do consume the cap. Its free plan covers 100,000 contacts. Storage is the generous part and sending is not. Brevo holds 100,000 contacts for nothing, which is more than any paid plan below the 20,000 send band allows, and removing the daily send cap is the main thing Starter buys.
Constant Contact. No contact counting rule for unsubscribed addresses was visible on the Constant Contact pricing page or inside the fee-schedule modal on the check date. No free plan record sits in this dataset for Constant Contact, so none is claimed here. SMS sits beside the email bill: Premium includes 500 SMS messages a month on US paid plans, and Lite and Standard sell SMS as an add on from $10 a month. Neither SMS meter is inside the email cells above.
