Comparison

Omnisend vs Brevo pricing

These two do not sell the same thing. Omnisend charges for contacts and meters emails under Standard. Brevo charges for monthly send volume and caps the list underneath. Under the weekly send assumption Brevo Starter undercuts Omnisend Standard at every overlapping monthly stop both publish. Omnisend stays on the watchlist outside the six vendor tables.

Snapshot 3, Omnisend checked 25 September 2026, Brevo checked 25 September 2026. Monthly billing shown. Brevo rows assume 4 sends per contact per month.

Cheapest paid plan each one sells

Omnisend Standard against Brevo Starter. Starter on Brevo has no marketing automation. Standard on Omnisend includes the ecommerce automation set Omnisend sells at the entry paid tier.

Prices are compiled from public vendor pages and can lag behind a change. Cells marked Der are calculated from published rules and cells marked Est are rough figures. Neither is an invoice or a quote, so confirm with the vendor before you spend.

Different meters on the same list size

Omnisend. Opted in to marketing on email, SMS or push. The number most people mean when they say list size. Placed an order, abandoned a cart, created an account or arrived in an import without a marketing consent box. They never opted in and they are still billed, because Omnisend can still send them transactional and automated messages. Opted out after consenting. Omnisend states on the pricing page and on four help pages that unsubscribers are not charged for, and it advises unsubscribing inactive contacts rather than deleting them so the purchase history survives.

Brevo. Brevo bills send volume, so a blocklisted contact costs nothing to send to and Brevo says as much. It also says blocklisted contacts are still added to the total number of contacts, and since October 2025 that total is capped by the send band. So they do not cost sends and they do consume the cap. Every Brevo contact breakpoint on this page rests on the site wide weekly send assumption. A list that sends more often buys a higher band. Per contact against per send sets that assumption out in full.

At 25,000 contacts under 4 sends per contact per month, Brevo needs about 100,000 emails a month, which lands on the 100,000 send band. Omnisend stays on the watchlist. This page compares its recorded cells with Brevo. It does not insert Omnisend into the six vendor matrices. Omnisend has its own pricing page, and Brevo has the full ladder.
