Comparison

HubSpot vs Flodesk pricing

These products do not share a billing shape. Flodesk sells Lite, Pro and Everything on an active subscriber ladder with unlimited sends on paid plans. HubSpot Marketing Hub sells edition bases, Core Seats and marketing-contact packs from the Product and Services Catalog. This page keeps catalog USD beside Flodesk cells and does not invent a HubSpot eight-breakpoint matrix.

Snapshot 3, HubSpot catalog checked 26 September 2026, Flodesk checked 13 September 2026. Monthly billing shown first. Flodesk stays outside the six vendor tables and the watchlist.

The bill shapes are not the same

HubSpot Starter base
$20
Per Core Seat. 1,000 marketing contacts included.
Flodesk Lite at 1k
$25
Verified FAQ anchor. Pro is $28. Everything is $54.
HubSpot Professional base
$890
3 Core Seats. Onboarding $3,000 one-time.

Flodesk prices active subscribers on Lite, Pro and Everything, with annual framed as one month free against monthly. HubSpot prices an edition base, then Core Seats, then marketing-contact packs on top. Comparing a HubSpot Starter seat sticker to a Flodesk Lite cell without saying which seats and which contact packs are in play mixes two meters.

HubSpot cells on this page prefer the Product and Services Catalog. The Marketing pricing UI can show suite or Customer Platform packaging, but its Marketing Hub list prices match the catalog, as do those on HubSpot's pricing calculator, read 26 September 2026. Only promotional prices, such as the new customer Starter seat, stay out.

Flodesk Lite across eight list sizes

Recorded ladder from the Flodesk pricing FAQ and slider. Lite is the Flodesk comparison plan. Pro and Everything sit in the notes. Empty 100,000 cells stay empty.

Prices are compiled from public vendor pages and can lag behind a change. Cells marked Der are calculated from published rules and cells marked Est are rough figures. Neither is an invoice or a quote, so confirm with the vendor before you spend.

Professional stays far above both Flodesk plans once the edition base is in the bill. At 25,000 Lite is still $162 and Everything is $257; the Flodesk 100,000 stop stays empty rather than invented (none).

Paying yearly on Flodesk and HubSpot

Flodesk Lite$72Der$66DerFlodesk labels annual billing one month free, which would be about 8 percent off.

HubSpot EnterpriseNot sold monthly$3,600VerBilled as 10,000 contacts. Sold billed annually only.
Per month at 10,000 contacts. Flodesk figures come from its vendor record and annual rule (read 25 September 2026). HubSpot figures are the Pay Monthly and Pay Annually options on HubSpot's pricing calculator, read 26 September 2026; Professional paid annually is the 800 dollar base plus contact packs at 10 percent off, so derived. Onboarding is not included.

Flodesk lets you switch between monthly and annual billing from account settings, and a downgrade waits for the end of the billing cycle. HubSpot Professional's monthly option is itself a 12 month commitment, so the choice there is how to pay for the year, not whether to commit to one.

Sends and what each one counts

Flodesk Lite, Pro and Everything include unlimited email sends on paid plans, so volume never moves the Flodesk bill. HubSpot marketing email send limits scale with the marketing-contact tier: Starter at 5 times, Professional at 10 times, and Enterprise at 20 times that tier. Those HubSpot multiples are catalog feature limits, not a separate dollar meter.

Flodesk. Flodesk bills new accounts on active subscribers, with soft bounced contacts counted toward the tier. Unsubscribed, hard bounced, cleaned, archived and deleted contacts do not. Paid Lite, Pro and Everything plans include unlimited email sends. The free plan does not send email. Lite is capped at 25,000 subscribers and then auto-moves to Pro. Annual billing is framed as one month free against monthly. Soft bounced contacts count toward the tier; unsubscribed, hard bounce, cleaned, archived and deleted contacts do not (verified).

HubSpot. For new customers after 5 March 2024, Marketing Hub Starter is priced per Core Seat, and Professional and Enterprise start at a base price that includes Core Seats. Marketing contacts sit on top of the edition: included contacts come with the base, and further contacts are sold in catalog bands. Non-marketing contacts are free up to an overall contact ceiling of 15 million (marketing plus non-marketing). Exceeding the marketing-contact tier bills immediately. Designating contacts as non-marketing takes effect at the start of the following month or contract renewal, whichever comes first, and contact-tier downgrades wait until renewal.

Free plan covers forms, landing pages and link-in-bio pages. It does not include email sending or workflow automations. HubSpot Marketing Hub has no free edition on the recorded catalog ladder.
