Comparison
HubSpot vs Omnisend pricing
These products do not share a billing shape. Omnisend sells Standard and Pro on billable contacts that include people who never subscribed. HubSpot Marketing Hub sells edition bases, Core Seats and marketing-contact packs from the Product and Services Catalog. This page keeps catalog USD beside Omnisend LIVE ladder cells and does not invent a HubSpot eight-breakpoint matrix.
The bill shapes are not the same
- HubSpot Starter base
- $20
- Per Core Seat. 1,000 marketing contacts included.
- Omnisend Standard at 500
- $16
- Verified entry tier. Pro at the same size is $59.
- HubSpot Professional base
- $890
- 3 Core Seats. Onboarding $3,000 one-time.
Omnisend prices billable contacts, which include non subscribers. HubSpot prices an edition base, then Core Seats, then marketing-contact packs on top. Comparing a HubSpot Starter seat sticker to an Omnisend Standard cell without saying which seats and which contact packs are in play mixes two meters.
HubSpot cells on this page prefer the Product and Services Catalog. The Marketing pricing UI can show suite or Customer Platform packaging, but its Marketing Hub list prices match the catalog, as do those on HubSpot's pricing calculator, read 26 September 2026. Only promotional prices, such as the new customer Starter seat, stay out.
Omnisend Standard and Pro where Omnisend publishes a figure
Only cells read from Omnisend's own pricing calculator, verified, or carried down from its Pro entry tier. Estimate and empty cells are left off this page.
Prices are compiled from public vendor pages and can lag behind a change. Cells marked Der are calculated from published rules and cells marked Est are rough figures. Neither is an invoice or a quote, so confirm with the vendor before you spend.

Worked examples at three list sizes
HubSpot Starter assumes one Core Seat. Professional uses the edition base plus catalog contact packs. Onboarding fees are one-time and sit outside the monthly figures. Pack totals are derived from verified catalog rates. Omnisend cells not read from its pricing page show as not published.
| List size | HubSpot Starter | HubSpot Professional | Omnisend Standard | Omnisend Pro |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 500 Starter included contacts cover this size. Omnisend Standard is the verified entry tier; Pro pays its 2,500 contact entry tier. | $20 Derived pack math | $890 Derived pack math, plus $3,000 onboarding | $16 verified | $59 derived |
| 1,000 Starter included contacts cover this size. Professional base includes 2,000 contacts. Omnisend Standard is verified off its calculator; Pro is derived flat from the 2,500 entry. | $20 Derived pack math | $890 Derived pack math, plus $3,000 onboarding | $20 verified | $59 derived |
| 2,500 Starter packs from catalog bands. Professional needs contact packs above 2,000. Omnisend Pro is the verified entry tier and Standard is verified off the same calculator. | $120 Derived pack math | $1,140 Derived pack math, plus $3,000 onboarding | $44 verified | $59 verified |
At 500 contacts HubSpot Starter is $20 for one seat against Omnisend Standard at $16 and Pro at $59. At 1,000 contacts Starter is $20 against Omnisend Standard at $20, the same monthly figure. At 2,500 contacts Starter pack math reaches $120 while Omnisend Standard is $44 and Pro stays at $59. Professional stays far above both Omnisend plans once the edition base is in the bill. The full Omnisend ladder, read off its pricing calculator, is on the Omnisend pricing page.

Omnisend has no standing annual discount, so the table has no yearly figure on its side. On HubSpot, how you pay changes the Professional price, and Enterprise is not sold month to month at all.

Sends and what each one counts
Omnisend Standard includes twelve times the billable contact count in email credits each cycle. Pro removes the email cap. HubSpot marketing email send limits scale with the marketing-contact tier: Starter at 5 times, Professional at 10 times, and Enterprise at 20 times that tier. Those HubSpot multiples are catalog feature limits, not a separate dollar meter.
Omnisend. Omnisend bills on billable contacts, which is subscribers plus non subscribers. A non subscriber is someone who placed an order, abandoned a cart or was imported without opting in, and they are billed because Omnisend can still send them automated messages. Unsubscribers are the only status outside the count. Standard includes 12 times the contact count in monthly email credits and Pro removes the email cap entirely. The tier is recounted every billing day, so it moves up and down on its own as the contact count crosses a stop. Subscribed and Non subscribed are billed; unsubscribed contacts are not (verified).
HubSpot. For new customers after 5 March 2024, Marketing Hub Starter is priced per Core Seat, and Professional and Enterprise start at a base price that includes Core Seats. Marketing contacts sit on top of the edition: included contacts come with the base, and further contacts are sold in catalog bands. Non-marketing contacts are free up to an overall contact ceiling of 15 million (marketing plus non-marketing). Exceeding the marketing-contact tier bills immediately. Designating contacts as non-marketing takes effect at the start of the following month or contract renewal, whichever comes first, and contact-tier downgrades wait until renewal.
The Omnisend free plan reaches only 250 contacts and 500 emails a month. Contacts can be uploaded without limit and only 250 of them can be reached in a billing cycle, so the ceiling is a reach limit rather than a storage limit. Passing the 500 email allowance prompts an upgrade instead of sending. HubSpot Marketing Hub has no free edition on the recorded catalog ladder.
