Comparison

HubSpot vs Brevo pricing

These products do not share a billing shape. Brevo sells Starter and Standard on send volume bands that also cap stored contacts. HubSpot Marketing Hub sells edition bases, Core Seats and marketing-contact packs from the Product and Services Catalog. This page keeps catalog USD beside Brevo LIVE cells under the weekly send assumption and does not invent a HubSpot eight-breakpoint matrix.

Snapshot 3, HubSpot catalog checked 26 September 2026, Brevo checked 25 September 2026. Monthly billing shown first.

The bill shapes are not the same

HubSpot Starter base
$20
Per Core Seat. 1,000 marketing contacts included.
Brevo Starter at 1k
$17
Brevo Standard is $35 at the same size. Both sit on the 10,000 send band, which caps stored contacts at 1,500. Confidence derived.
HubSpot Professional base
$890
3 Core Seats. Onboarding $3,000 one-time.

Brevo sells Starter and Standard on monthly send volume bands, and each band caps how many contacts can be stored. HubSpot prices an edition base, then Core Seats, then marketing-contact packs on top. Comparing a HubSpot Starter seat sticker to a Brevo Starter cell without saying which seats and which contact packs are in play mixes two meters.

HubSpot cells on this page prefer the Product and Services Catalog. The Marketing pricing UI can show suite or Customer Platform packaging, but its Marketing Hub list prices match the catalog, as do those on HubSpot's pricing calculator, read 26 September 2026. Only promotional prices, such as the new customer Starter seat, stay out.

Brevo Starter by list size

LIVE ladder from the dated Brevo calculator under the weekly send assumption. Brevo Standard sits in the notes. Sizes where Brevo does not publish a figure are left out.

Prices are compiled from public vendor pages and can lag behind a change. Cells marked Der are calculated from published rules and cells marked Est are rough figures. Neither is an invoice or a quote, so confirm with the vendor before you spend.

Brevo's yearly switch and HubSpot Professional's annual payment land close together, about 10 percent off each. The difference is the meter underneath: Brevo's bill follows monthly email volume, while HubSpot's follows marketing contacts, sold in packs of 5,000 on Professional.

Sends and what each one counts

Brevo bills on monthly send volume. Each Starter and Standard band sells a number of emails a month and caps stored contacts underneath, so a larger list or more frequent sends can both move the Brevo bill. HubSpot marketing email send limits scale with the marketing-contact tier: Starter at 5 times, Professional at 10 times, and Enterprise at 20 times that tier. Those HubSpot multiples are catalog feature limits, not a separate dollar meter.

Brevo. Brevo bills send volume, so a blocklisted contact costs nothing to send to and Brevo says as much. It also says blocklisted contacts are still added to the total number of contacts, and since October 2025 that total is capped by the send band. So they do not cost sends and they do consume the cap.

HubSpot. For new customers after 5 March 2024, Marketing Hub Starter is priced per Core Seat, and Professional and Enterprise start at a base price that includes Core Seats. Marketing contacts sit on top of the edition: included contacts come with the base, and further contacts are sold in catalog bands. Non-marketing contacts are free up to an overall contact ceiling of 15 million (marketing plus non-marketing). Exceeding the marketing-contact tier bills immediately. Designating contacts as non-marketing takes effect at the start of the following month or contract renewal, whichever comes first, and contact-tier downgrades wait until renewal.

Storage is the generous part and sending is not. Brevo holds 100,000 contacts for nothing, which is more than any paid plan below the 20,000 send band allows, and removing the daily send cap is the main thing Starter buys. HubSpot Marketing Hub has no free edition on the recorded catalog ladder.
